I offer individual face-to-face and remote sessions in Glasgow. The number of sessions needed varies depending on your situation, but typically ranges from 6 to 20 weekly sessions.

Each session is collaborative — we agree together what to focus on and work in a supportive, non-judgemental way. Therapy helps you understand the origins of your difficulties and how certain patterns of thinking, feeling, or behaviour may be holding you back. I tailor treatment to your needs, drawing on CBT, EMDR, and schema therapy to find the approaches that work best for you.

Sessions may include EMDR processing, guided exercises, imagery, practical strategies, and personalised tasks designed to help you move towards your values and a life of meaning. Over time, therapy supports you to manage distress, process past experiences, strengthen your “Healthy/Wise Adult,” and unlock your potential, so you can live with greater confidence, purpose, and well-being.
